Step By Step Process - we would like to take the mystery out of building a home in
Florida. It has always been your
secret dream to "have a Florida home in paradise." – we help you make that dream a reality.
We have also put together a team of professionals
to make the below steps as smooth as possible.
- Select a lot and home model from one of our beautiful
homesites
- Put a down payment on the property you would like to purchase. Please call us at 321-693-8545 or send an
email to
our sales team to start the process.
- Meet with a mortgage professional (ours or yours) to determine how much
home you can afford and get pre-qualified. Note: if you don’t qualify, your
deposit is returned in full.
- You will then meet with our builder and select your carpet colors, tile
size and style,
kitchen cabinets, vanities, appliances, landscaping and picking out your
upgrades. Our current models can be seen here.
- As soon as your loan is approved, construction starts on your new home
and yes, you are invited to watch the progress of your new home.
- Generally, your home will be completed within 6 to 9 months -
weather permitting.
- A few days before settlement, you take a tour through your new home and make
sure everything you ordered and selected is there.
- You will then settle on your new home and move in.
