Besides the new interchanges on I-95 and the widening of some Palm Bay roads, below are some major projects under development in Palm Bay Hammock Landing - This 750,000 sq ft, open-air shopping center at the intersection of I-95 and Palm Bay Road is nearing completion with anchor stores like Target and HH Gregg Palm Bay Parkway - This proposed beltway around Palm Bay will provide easier access to I-95 and regional shopping. The Parkway is also very close to our Palm Bay homesites. Palm Bay Community Hospital - An $83.5 million construction expansion project has been completed.
